Semoga
bermanfaat.
DDR1:
- DDR-200 = PC-1600
- DDR-266 = PC-2100
- DDR-333 = PC-2700
- DDR-400 = PC-3200
DDR2:
- DDR2-400 = PC2-3200
- DDR2-533 = PC2-4200
- DDR2-667 = PC2-5300
- DDR2-800 = PC2-6400
- DDR2-1066= PC2-8500
DDR3:
- DDR3-800 = PC3-6400
- DDR3-1066 = PC3-8500
- DDR3-1333 = PC3-10600
- DDR3-1600 = PC3-12800
- DDR3-1866 = PC3-14900
- DDR3-2133 = PC3-17000
Keterangan tabel detailnya adalah sebagai berikut ini:
Std Nm= Standard Name
Mem Clk= Memory clock(MHz)
Cy Tm= Cycle time[4](ns)
Bus Clk= I/O bus clock(MHz)
Dt Rt= Data rate(MT/s)
Volt= VDDQ(V)
Mod Nm= Module name
PTR= Peak transfer rate(MB/s)
Tim= Timings
CAS Lat= CAS latency(ns)

* optional
- CL – Clock cycles between sending a column address to the memory and the beginning of the data in response
- tRCD – Clock cycles between row activate and reads/writes
- tRP – Clock cycles between row precharge and activate
- Fractional frequencies are normally rounded down, but rounding up to -667 is common due to superstition about the number 666.
- ……DDR3 SDRAM:….Double Data Rate SDRAM III (Quad Edge ‘Clock’ Rate, 1.5v signaling), Third Generation
- ………PC3-6400 (DDR3-800 SDRAM); Clock Speed: 100MHz, Data Rate: 800MHz, Through-put 6.40GB/s
- ………PC3-8500 (DDR3-1066 SDRAM); Clock Speed: 133MHz, Data Rate: 1066MHz, Through-put 8.53GB/s
- ………PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333 SDRAM); Clock Speed: 166MHz, Data Rate: 1333MHz, Through-put 10.67GB/s
- ………PC3-12800 (DDR3-1600 SDRAM); Clock Speed: 200MHz, Data Rate: 1600MHz, Through-put 12.80GB/s
